Vidhivaan collects the following information when you register and make a purchase:
- Name, email address, and phone number (for account creation, order communication, and payment processing)
- Payment details: payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure payment page and are not stored by Vidhivaan. We receive only the payment status, amount, method type, and a payment reference number.
- Basic usage data (pages visited, referral source) to improve the site
How we use this information: to create your account, process your payment, deliver your purchased content and receipts by email, respond to enquiries, and track referral rewards.
Who we share it with: we do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary with (a) our payment processor (Razorpay) to complete your payment, and (b) our email delivery service to send your receipts and download links. We may also disclose information where required by law. Razorpay’s own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment information.
Data retention: account and order data is retained as long as your account is active, and as required for tax/accounting records.
Your rights: you may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us via the Enquiry form.
